If this is how they act when they are being recorded what happens when they aren't?? In Part 1 we heard Mike spend hours trying to navigate the Veteran Health phone system in an attempt to talk to someone from Mental Health and get into the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction class. That did not go well at all. You can check it out here: https://youtu.be/ZdnQGf2Xs70 In Part 2 Mike went to a Mental health walk-in clinic to find out what the process was like and if he could talk to someone there about signing up for the class. Here's how that went: https://youtu.be/ORyXcDmATsA Listen for the bit where she asks if he wants to see the pharmacist. It sounds like she said he can skip straight to the drugs if he thinks he needs them, BUT since he wanted to pursue a non-pharmaceutical route (like mindfullness) he'd have to go through a doc. In this one (Part 3) the Telehealth, MENTAL HEALTH provider hangs up on Mike (refuses care) and then leaves him in a room, alone, for 30 minutes. Mike asked multiple times for a patient advocate but never gets one. W. G.
